Just had what I’m pretty sure was the best burger of my life! Chef recommended the Rueben burger, so I went with it. Subbed out the Swiss cheese with blue and added spicy pickles instead of the regular. In my 43 years on this earth no burger has matched it and I’ve been from one side of this country to the other, the Montreal smoked meat plays very well with the 100% all beef patty. Service was second to none, as both the server and chef welcomed my family into the restaurant. The atmosphere is laid back and chill, which also works well with this kind of fun family food. Good portions at a fair price.

Delicious burger, the waffle fries were excellent, and the chef Sean came out with an amazing deep-fried waffle ice cream sandwich for dessert. Great service, and the patio was beautiful to sit on.

Wonderful!! It's evidently clear that chef Sean takes pride in what he does and loves being an artist in the kitchen, not to mention such a friendly and funny host. The jam sesh (brie, arugula, jam) with sweet potato fries was so good and chef Sean even had us try his specialty jam of the month on top - absolutely delicious. He then treated us to a fried waffle topped with ice cream. It was a treat to eat here and I'll be back!!

The What The Chuck restaurant delivers not just great food, but a great experience. The staff is warm and welcoming, and you can feel the positive energy as soon as you walk in. The wings were outstanding—crispy, and flavourful. You can tell the chef takes real pride in every dish that comes out of the kitchen. It’s refreshing to find a place where passion for good food and friendly service go hand in hand. Highly recommend!

To say this establishment is a hidden gem is an understatement, the manager really cares about quality and the staff are absolutely amazing! The manager selected my burger for me and it did not disappoint! The meat is fresh and the highest quality! The regular fries and waffle fries are handmade in house. I can see this place exploding in popularity! It’s fantastic!!

What the Chuck is flipping unreal. The blue cheese slapped (in a consensual, emotionally supportive way), the buns were softer than my last breakup, and that burger? Juicier than gossip at a family reunion. Clean enough to perform surgery in, and the vibe? Like your cool uncle opened a burger joint and actually nailed it. And the kicker? Craft root beer from Alberta that made me question why I ever drank anything else. Chuck, you’ve officially ruined other burgers for me. Bravo. If you leave hungry, that’s on you. Chuck me another one, please.

As a person with celiac disease, dining out is usually an exercise in choosing from the three things I can actually eat on a menu. This cool little gem of a restaurant offers almost everything with a gluten-free option. The fries are fresh cut and the burger patties are sourced from local meat producers. Highly recommended!

My wife had read about this place, and a quick look at the menu had me convinced, but I had no idea gow great it was going to be. Kinda retro diner feel, and the milkshakes helped with that theme. I had a brand new menu item that will make its official debut on Feb 3, 2025, Chicken and Waffles. A piece of fried chicken covered in house made BBQ sauce, and cheese, with waffles as the bun. Unbelievable. The best food I've had in awhile.
